The Accessibility Design Guide
The Accessibility Design Guide is an online resource that serves as a visual reference guide for designers and developers as they strive to incorporate accessibility best practices into common website features.
I designed the Accessibility Design Guide to help designers meet accessibility guidelines by providing them with functioning examples of the most common website features that cause barriers for people with disabilities. These are then referenced to their corresponding WCAG 2.0 Success Criteria.
Angioma To Cure
(Formerly, Angioma Alliance Canada)
I was tasked to design and develop the Angioma To Cure Canada website, which is an affiliate to it's American organization, angioma.org. User research was vital to ensuring a clear representation of the variety of user 's goals and motivations for visiting the website, as demonstrated in the personas.
The design of the required features and layout/structure were crucial in planning the information architecture to present the content in a comprehensive way.
Prayerhubs
Prayerhubs is a platform for online spiritual support for the Christian community. Built on a completely custom framework, Prayerhubs incorporates geolocation to promote unity and a global connectedness within the online community.
As UX/UI Senior Designer, I conducted user research, user flows, wireframes, and prototyping. My focus was on user-experience and keeping the user interface clean, simple, comprehensive and consistent to maintain user engagement and retention.
